Our practice includes matters of civil nature (those that derive from relations regulated by the Civil Code, federal and local), including civil contracts, fulfillment and breach of legal obligations, illicit acts, possession and proprietorship matters, among others; controversies derived from contractual relations, such as donation, sales, lease, mandate, contracts of credit, warehouses, and in general any type of contract contemplated by the law; litigation for damages, objective and subjective responsibility, abuse laws, and in general all the existing illicit acts; legal procedures related to the property, possession, recovery, expropriation, servitudes, usufruct and in general, all the real rights contemplated in Law.

Additionally, our Firm has an area of administrative litigation which attends any controversy that arises against the public administration in its various branches (Intellectual Property, Consumer Protection, Responsibility of Public Servants, challenging laws and regulations, to mention a few).
